Feb 13: Divine Love vs Human Love

When we speak about Love, especially around Valentine’s Day, it is often associated with Romantic Love. The powerful thing about Divine Love is that it doesn’t matter whether it’s Romantic Love, a love for a child, or a love for a sister, mother, brother or friend — there’s no difference. When we say Divine Love, we don’t mean it in the religious context — there is no religious dogma in any of our work or healing.

So, are there really different kinds of love? Love in its purest sense is unconditional & understands all things — it inherently knows that we’re all interconnected, we are all one & we are all divine beings regardless of where we hail from or what we have done in our lives.

Have you ever heard the ancient wise saying that true enlightenment comes when we realize that we are connected to all living things? And, that all is divine exactly as is? Not just connected but that we are one with “it” and “it” is one with us?

This includes the butterflies that swirl around us, the trees that plant their roots deep into the ground, a new born baby, a politician with a shady past or a farmer in Africa — they/we are all the same & divine love knows no constraints.

Divine Love doesn’t see color, size, shape, disposition, personality or so called wrongful acts, nor does it judge — it accepts us all as divine beings, perfect as we are. As humans, we all have access to it, but we get so caught up with DOING that we forget about just BEING!

When we are truly present in that STATE of BEING, we have access to not just this divine love but also our Higher Self which will begin to lead our lives — transformation truly happens here.
