Beginning as an International Supermodel as a teenager, she became a top commercial actress in the US and abroad for decades, and TV Host for numerous programs, including, “My OWN Time” for the Oprah Winfrey Network. As a result of the demands of her career and a desire to nurture her spirit, she embarked upon a worldwide journey beginning in 1990 from Europe to the Amazon that continues to unfold. Kristen has honed her practice to include Certified Hypnotherapist, Karuna Reiki/ Holy Fire II Master Teacher, Kundalini & Master Yoga Teacher, Author, Public Speaker, and Pregnancy/ Birth Expert.

Creator of 6 yoga DVDs, Kristen has taken yoga out of the studio and into the homes for millions of students worldwide. She is a frequent guest for radio and a contributing writer to numerous publications including Yoga Journal, Fit Pregnancy, Elephant Journal, Health Magazine, The Chicago Tribune, She Knows, and We Blog the World. She has spoken at the Best You Expo, Sedona Yoga Festival, ImagineFest, Yoga Expo LA, and at the Science and Non-duality Conference.
