I’m a huge fan of gemstones and while I’ve only been more formally collecting them over the last year or so, I’ve been a rockhound since I was a toddler and have brought stones and rocks back from nearly every continent in the world.
Because I’ve been going to shows (we loved the San Francisco Bay Area gemstone show and New Living Expo where we had a booth this year), and found some great finds at both, I’ve always got my ears and eyes open for new discoveries. Given how much time I spend on Instagram, it should be no surprise that I learned about a cool company that offers great gemstone jewelry, from necklaces and rings to bracelets and earrings, my latest obsession.
Meet Unearthed Gemstones, which not only has a vibrant website, but an amazing Instagram feed as well, which as noted above, where we discovered them.
My second favorite was this gorgeous beaded bracelet in Rhodonite.
When they said they’d send us a few products to test out, I was as happy as a clam. After all, what woman doesn’t deserve to have a wide array of colors and stones lining her wrist?
Unearthed Gemstones has a wide variety of colors, stones and variations to choose from and you can search by color, by gemstone and by price range. Let’s take a look at some of my favorites below – a combination of luminosity, natural earth tones, ancient, rich and spiritual.
All of the bracelets have the following features:
- Sterling Silver Signature Bead
- Stretch Bracelet with High-Quality Elastic
- Made to Fit Your Wrist, so size adjustable
- Comes with a high quality gift box
They also have a lovely collection of necklaces. While we didn’t test any of them so can’t validate the quality, if they are on par with their bracelets, then two thumbs up! I loved the colors in this agate necklace, which they call the Crazy Lace Agate Necklace.
The gemstone is genuine with no added colors, and gets its name because of the random swirls and layers, making each and every piece different. The back of the pendant, which is Sterling Silver, also has a great pattern.
They have great rings too and their prices are very reasonable. I went for the Oval Boulder Opal Ring, which has incredible tones of blues, greens and reds. It is genuine Australian Boulder Opal and is embedded in the ironstone. The opal is the most visible on one side (the other side being mainly brown ironstone) and the gem is set in a 925 sterling silver ring. Love it!!
They offer so many gemstone offerings that it would be hard to list them all, but on the list includes tons of fabulous stones.
They’ve got Agate, Amazonite, Amethyst (I adore amethyst), Angelite, Ametrine, Apatite, Aquamarine (I always find this stone mesmerizing), Aventurine, Bloodstone, Carnelian, Chalcedony (t’is so dreamy), Charoite (my favorite from their collection), Citrine, Emerald, Chrysoscolla, Fluorite, Garnet (love), Jasper, Labradorite (I have several standalone stones and love them), Larimar (only available from the Dominican Republic — got a larimar and pink opal ring there on a trip earlier this year), Lapis Lazuli (SO love), Malachite, Moonstone, Obsidian, Opal, Petrified Wood, Pietersite, Prehnite, Rhodochrosite, Rhodonite, Ruby, Sapphire (they were out of this in the ring I wanted – so so gorgeous), Sodalite, Sugilite, Sunstone, Tanzanite, Tiger Iron, Tiger’s Eye, Topaz, Tourmaline, Unakite and Verdite (hadn’t heard of these two before) and Zircon.
