We couldn’t be more honored to have the opportunity to interview Tim about Evolution, our Soul’s Story & Purpose related to our life here and beyond.
Based in the UK, Tim Freke is the author of 35 books, which have translated into more than 15 languages, including one which was a top 6 amazon bestseller and Daily Telegraph Book of the Year. In his latest books ‘deep awake’ and ‘soul story’, Tim offers a revolutionary approach to awakening for the 21st century and a visionary new understanding of the nature of reality.
He has appeared in the History Channel documentary Beyond the Da Vinci Code, as well as several other programs about his work — has also run seminars in the U.S., Europe, and South Africa exploring the experience of gnosis. He is also holding an experiential workshop in San Francisco on Sunday, March 10.
In Tim’s latest book Soul Story, he addresses the grand religious stories that gave meaning to life and death in the past which have since crumbled under sceptical scrutiny. The dominant mainstream philosophy is now scientific objectivism, which describes a universe that exists for no reason and a life that ends in oblivion.
We will explore the “soul crisis” in modern culture that has arisen from lack of meaning in our Q&A (Anthony and I will interview him together, a first for us). Tim offers an intelligent “spiritual” perspective on life and death to help us make sense of a paradoxical world, which is sometimes bleak and banal, but also can be magical and full of significance. He presents a revolutionary paradigm shift in our understanding of reality that integrates the deepest insights of science and spirituality to create a new model of human identity.
