Gaia’s leaves fall to the ground or flutter in the wind. You notice them and in that moment, see the connectedness between you and those leaves. You realize the non-duality in our existence as energy . . . all forms of energy. Gaia assists with healing by showing you her treasures: soil, bark, plants, herbs, minerals, the sun, and even the roots below your feet.
