Buddha Time

Buddha sits and sits and sits. You ask him a question and he responds “Just Be,” and you ask another question and he says “Just Trust,” and then you ask a final question and he says, “Stillness calms the mind. Stillness brings you back to YOU.” You ponder and you ask about Peace and Buddha simply says, “You are Peace.” It is what it is. I am who I am. I am that I am. You are everything and nothing all at the same time. When you sit as the Buddha did in silence, let it calm your anxiety and bring in that inner peace at all times throughout your day.
