Winter - Summer 2023: Join us at FivePoints Fitness twice a week for Blue Soul KungFu classes where Anthony will take you through drills and exercises to open the heart chakra and align the others. He combines meditation, breathwork and KungFu with best practices in his channeling and teaching. Through this work, you'll also become more flexible and resilient.
